Pococks Estate Agents was first established by Philip Pocock in 1989, and we opened our office in Marchwood on 1st May 2000.

Philip is now enjoying a well deserved retirement. However, the office is still in safe hands as the team is headed up by Philip’s children, Katy & Tom, along with Joe & Claire.
