If you do not pass our referencing procedure and we are therefore not able to rent to you we will refund you the holding deposit as soon as practical.


If during the referencing procedure you decide for whatever reason that you do not wish to rent the property or if the referencing company advises us of adverse credit that you have not brought to our attention we will not refund any payments made.
